Pinara Fethiye: blend of Shiraz, Carignan, Mourverde, Grenache Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is aged 18 months in a French oak barrel. It is full bodied and dark, claret ruby colour.
Pinara Kalecik Karasi: this wine is made from % 100 of the finest Turkish grape Kalecik Karasi. After being aged 18 months in French barrels, the wine is bottled and stored in underground cellars.
Yucel 4TP Merlot Organic: made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. This wine is matured for 12 months in oak barrels. It has red cherry, chocolate and coffee flavours and is easy to drink, well balanced with an excellent aftertaste. On the nose it has a red fruit, cotton candy and baked apple smell. There are also traces of the oak barrel.
Yucel 4TP Cabernet Sauvignon Organic: made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz. This wine is matured for 12 months in oak barrels. It has very intense ripe and delicious expression of wild strawberry, chocolate, mocha aromas. On the plate it has a scent of wild blackberry, soft velvety texture.
Barbare Cabernet Sauvignon- Merlot Organic – this wine is blend of 50% Merlot, 50% of Cabernet Sauvignon, it is dark purple, bitter chocolate, blackberries and dried plum, lively, long lasting and balanced with soft tennis.

Barbare Syrah-Grenache-Mourvedre- dark ruby red, ripe cherries, fresh mint, thin smoky oak, earthy flavours with strawberries and spicy scent.
Yucel 4TP Chardonnay Un-Oaked Organic: made entirely from 100% Chardonnay grapes. On the nose it gives aromas of exotic fruits, lemon and apricot.
Arcadia Sauvignon Blanc 2012(100% Sauvignon Blanc) This lively aromatic white wine has apple, pear, melon and flowers aroma. On the palate it is crisp and mineral with lively grapefruit and melon fruit. Long, dry and refreshing on the finish with moderate alcohol and crisp acidity.
Chamlija Sauvignon Blanc: this blend is 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Viognier, aged in French Oak for 5 months. This wine is a pale yellow-green colour with pure aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, lime, honeysuckle and apricot. On the palate, it is succulent and creamy with a distinct bright acidity that balances the richness of its texture; white peach dominates the back palate.
Yucel 4TP Reserve Oak Chardonnay Organic: made entirely from Chardonnay grapes. On the nose it gives the feeling of exotic fruits, lemon and apricot aromas.
Arcadia Sauvignon Gris, Sauvignon Blanc 2012: white flowers and citrus aromas as well as balanced acidity and mineral flavours. Sauvignon Gris is ones of the oldest grape varieties, cultivated for the first time in Turkey at Arcadia Vineyard. On the nose has an aroma of orange, lemon, wild rose and pear on the palate lemon, mandarin and melon.
Arcadia Pinot Gris 2012(100% Pinot Gris): this wine is an elegant, bright and soft, it has a peachy, citrus scent mainly orange. On the nose it is expressive and broad with notes of tangerine, lemon and peach. It is fresh on the palate with balancing acidity and moderate alcohol. Long crisp and elegantly perfumed on the finish. (Awarded Mumdus Vini silver, Sommelier Wine award bronze medal)
Diren Cadde: produced from the Okuzgozu grape. Diren rose it is dry wine and has fresh and fruity aromas.
Yucel Roze Organic this wine is lively and refreshing strawberry and red fruits on the palate
Arcadia Blush Rose 2011(Cabernet Franc-Merlot): this wine has a light salmon-pink colour and jasmine, strawberry and cinnamon on the nose. It is elegant and round but fresh and expressive of orange, nectarine and red berry on the palate with a fruity finish. (Awarded Sommelier Wine gold medal 2013)
Barbare Roze Organic it is blend of 80% Mourvedre and 20% Cabernet Sav. Shiny pink salmon colour, on the nose has a strawberry, lime, cranberry, peach and watermelon, on the palate is lively long-lasting.
Chateau Nuzun Rose Organic Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot-Zinfandel-Syrah blend of: 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41%Merlot, 7% Zinfandel and 5% Syrah .Ait has a fruity nose with pomegranates flowers, strawberries and cherries, fruity finish with a long aftertaste.

Chamlija Cabernet Sauvignon: on the nose dark fruits, mint, chocolate, spice aromas, cassis, on the palate sweet liquorice serious tannic long finish.
Chamlija Pinot Noir: a very intense red colour, almost black. Black cherry, dark berries, cassis and plum on the nose. It is dense, vibrant and deep, with superb middle-palate sweetness. It has very long lasting after finish with huge but smooth and ripe tannins
Chateau Kalpak BBK: this Chateau Wine is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Kalecik Karasi. It has a sumptuous red fruit of the Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon provides a dark chocolate, forest aroma with elegant tannins. The Cabernet Franc provides dark red berries and exquisite silky tannins. The Petit Verdot adds vivacity and the Kalecik Kalesi adds delicate spices. All this creates an exceptionally balanced symphony on the palate. It is aged 18 months in new barrels. It is bottled with minimal filtration. (Awarded Concours Mondial, Bruxelles 2014 gold medal)
Barbare Prestige Organic: blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache it has a dark burgundy colour on the nose blackberries, vanilla, ripe cherries and lush flowers aromas, on the palate is lively, well balanced, full bodied, matured 18 month in a French Oak barrels.
Chateau Nuzun Shiraz Organic: vanilla on the nose, sweet spices and oak but well balanced with cherry, jam, mild pepper and earthy aromas.
Barbare Elegance Organic: blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, it has a dark burgundy with black highlights colour, on the nose liquorice, black pepper, morello-cherry and lavender, on the palate long lasting with soft tannins and elegant finish.

Barbare Premier Organic it is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon it has a burgundy with dark brick red colour, on the nose has a black forest fruits, sweet spices and peppery accents. On the palate it is a long lasting and balanced wine with elegant tannins and rich black forest fruits aromas.
Chateau Kaplak Petit Verdot Château Kalpak vineyards and winery is located at the base of Gallipoli peninsula of Thrace (Europe). This “Château Wine” is a single variety produced from a single vineyard predominantly gravel and limestone, Situated at 300 miter altitude with south and south-west slopes exposed to both the Sea of Marmara and Aegean Sea. This exceptional territory reflects on Petit Verdot vivacity, red fruits, and elegant tannins Produced in a gravity-fed winery and aged 36 months in new barriques. Bottled with no filtration, it is a limited production of 1,200 bottles only.
Chateau Kalpak Clos Arapl Merlot This “Château Wine” is a single variety produced from a single vineyard in Arapli District of Sarköy. Soil is predominantly gravel and limestone, Situated at 170 mt altitude with exposure to the Sea of Marmara. This unique territory reflects on this velvety Merlot’s sumptuous red fruits and elegant tannins creating and exceptionally balanced symphony on the palate. Produced in a gravity-fed winery and aged 26 months in new barriques. It is bottled with minimal filtration. Limited production of 3,333 bottles only.
Chateau Kalpak Cabernet Franc-Merlot is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, produced from single vineyard predominantly gravel and limestone. This unique area brings out the Cabernet Franc’s dark red berries, exquisite spices and silky tannins. The Merlot adds sumptuous red fruits creating an exceptionally balanced symphony on the palate. This fine wine is blended from the best combination and ratio of wines aged 18 months in different kinds of new barrels. It is bottled with minimal filtration and can be aged 10+ years. Chateau Kalpak Kalecik Karasi- Merlot: is a blend of Kalecik Karas (an Anatolian variety) and Merlot produced from a single vineyard it is predominantly sand and limestone, and at an altitude of 170 meters with exposure to the Sea of Marmara. This unique area displays a different character of Kalecik Karas from the Anatolian reflections. Exquisite spices, silky tannins of this Kalecik Karas and the Merlot's sumptuous red fruits create an exceptionally balanced symphony on the palate, aged 18 months in new barrels. It is bottled with no filtration.
